Almina Joyce Kilborn Vetter Laitinen (Mina)
Born in Silverton Oregon, Mina grew up in country and Silverton schools. She attended college in Eugene Oregon and married her first husband in Silverton when she was attending school in Eugene . The first 3 of her children were born in Eugene.
When her first husband died of cancer, she moved back to Silverton. One weekend at the Oregon coast she met her second husband who she married in Silverton.
They had her next son in Corvalis as he has in college there. The next son was born in Bellevue Washington while her husband worked for Boeing.
After two years they moved back to Oregon and were in Canby from 1968 to 2018. They had 2 more daughters in Canby.
They now live in Aurora Oregon and have 20 grandchild and 5 great grandchildren.
During the stay in Canby they had youth exchange children from many places and their children participated in like exchanges.
